예전에 겨울이면 시즌권으로 스키장에서 주말과 휴일이면 의례 갔었지만,

이젠 무릅이 시원치 않아서 몇 번 깔까말까 합니다.

체중을 줄여서 무릅에 가해지는 부담을 줄이고자 걷기 위주로 활동량을 높여 나가고자 합니다.

혼자서 걸어다니거나 가벼운 산행도 호젓하게 호연지기를 키울 수 있다는 점에서
