이 거대한 렌즈는 니콘에서 발매한 렌즈로써 35mm 환산 1200mm~1700mm의 어마어마한 망원 능력을 가지고 있다.
약 30배에서 50배까지 확대가 가능한 망원 렌즈인셈.
렌즈 구성은 13군 18매로 이뤄어져 있고, 3개의 ED렌즈가 포함되어 있다.
무게는 16kg이고 약 8만 달러의 가격이라고 한다.
